About DP Events
DP Events is an events company based in Coimbatore, focused on medical conferences, doctors' summits and leadership meetings.
We plan the programme, register the delegates, bring the faculty in, run the halls and look after travel and stay. You get one accountable team instead of a dozen vendors to chase.
We started with medical events because they demand the most: exact timings, senior guests and zero tolerance for confusion. What we learn there makes every other event we run better.

What we stand for
Three promises on every event
Precision
Faculty, halls and timings are checked and re-checked, because a medical programme runs on the clock.
Transparency
You see the plan, the costs and the progress at every stage, with no surprises on the day.
Care
Delegates and faculty are guests: we look after them from the first message to the journey home.
